These terms explain how VibeCoding Game works and what to expect from it. They are written for the parent or guardian who decides whether a child plays.
Who we are
VibeCoding Game (“the game”, “we”) is operated by 以妻之名有限公司 (EACH DREAM CO., LTD.), a Taiwan-based company.
By using vibecodinggame.fun you agree to these terms. If a child plays, the parent or guardian who lets them play agrees on the child’s behalf.
The service
VibeCoding Game is a creation-and-coding game platform that runs in your web browser. Its first game, Make Mars Home, is in Early Alpha: Level 1, “Smash Lab”, is playable and free; Levels 2–10 are planned.
Because it is early, features can change, move or be unavailable, and there can be bugs. We will try to keep the free level playable but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Parents, guardians and children
The game is made for children roughly 6–10 years old, played with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. We recommend a grown-up checks in, especially before sharing any email address.
Only a parent or other adult guardian should make a purchase, once purchases exist. Children should not buy anything on their own, and we do not design purchase prompts to push children to buy.
By making a purchase you confirm you are an adult and are allowed to use the payment method.
Digital levels and packs (when purchases open)
Nothing is for sale today. This section describes what a future purchase would be.
A purchase of a level or a pack would give you a personal, non-transferable right to play that premade digital content in the game for non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of the game, its art, code or any other intellectual property.
A purchase would be a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
The price, the currency and what is included will be shown before you pay. Payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider named at checkout, and any sales tax or VAT that applies will be shown at checkout. See the Pricing and Refund pages.
What you make is saved on your device
Heroes you save and your progress are stored in your own browser on your own device. We do not have a copy and there is no cloud backup or account today.
Clearing browser data, using a private window or switching devices can remove or hide what you saved. Please keep that in mind.
Paid levels are not on sale yet. Before they are, we will explain on this page and on the Pricing page how a purchase is linked to the parent who paid, and how access can be restored.
Using the game fairly
Please use the game as intended. Do not:
- attack, overload or try to break the site or the game;
- copy or resell the game, its art or its code;
- enter someone else’s email address into a sign-up form without their permission.
Ownership
The game, its characters, art, sound and code belong to us or our licensors and are provided to you under a limited, personal licence to play. Some imagery comes from NASA and is in the public domain.
These terms do not give you any other rights in them.
Service limits
The game needs a modern browser and works best on a larger screen with a keyboard. On very small phone screens the site may ask you to use a bigger screen.
We may change, pause or stop parts of the service, and we will update these terms and the Pricing page if that affects anything you can buy.
Refunds
How refunds will work for future purchases is described on the Refund Policy page.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page, and its date, when the product changes. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the updated terms.
