This page explains how refunds will work once paid levels are available. It applies to purchases of digital levels and packs in VibeCoding Game.
Where things stand
Today nothing on VibeCoding Game is for sale, and Level 1 is free. No payment is collected, so there is nothing to refund yet.
This policy will apply from the day purchases open. We will keep it up to date and show the date at the top.
Who handles payments and refunds
When purchases open, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your receipt will name the seller and the company that took your payment.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. These can include rights to cancel or withdraw from a purchase of digital content in some places, and rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
If the payment provider named on your receipt has its own buyer or refund terms, those also apply, and where they give you more rights, you keep them.
How to ask for a refund
Write to privacy@vibecodinggame.fun with the email address on your receipt and the level or pack you bought, and tell us briefly what went wrong. You can also contact the payment provider using the details on your receipt.
We read every request and will tell you the outcome. Where a refund is due, it is processed through the payment provider.
Purchases made by mistake or by a child
Purchases are meant for parents and guardians. If a purchase was made by mistake, a duplicate payment happened, or a child bought something without a parent’s approval, please contact us promptly and we will review it.
How digital levels are delivered
A level or pack is a digital product. There is no physical delivery: after purchase, it is meant to become playable in the game. How a purchase is linked to the parent who paid, and how access can be restored, will be explained on the Pricing page before purchases open.
Changes
Refund time limits and the detailed rules for accepting a request have not been set yet. They will be published here, with a new date, before purchases open.
